The HEPA H14 filter (according to DIN EN ISO 1822-4) significantly reduces the risk of infection. A study by the Bundeswehr University in Munich proves this: "As a result of the scientific studies [...] it is certain that room air purifiers with an air flow rate per hour corresponding to at least six times the room volume and high-quality filters of class H14 represent a very sensible technical solution to significantly reduce the risk of indirect infection by aerosols in classrooms."
